I work for Optum Health and we just got pulled into a 15 minute Team Huddle to tell us there were layoffs this morning company wide and some our team mates were impacted. They wouldn't say who or how many, but they said this cycle of lay offs is over. I am so sorry to anyone impacted.

We had layoffs with our team members and no one even communicated it. This company is so toxic

@a4 I am so sorry. Its criminal how they are treating people like you have gave so much time. I hope this ends up being a blessing in disguise but for now, I am just sorry.

@a3 I don't want to say the state because could identify me. But most of my team/department is remote across the whole country.
@a5 I work for Optum Learn, but they said it was across all of Optum and UHC today.
