We just had our weekly team meeting scheduled and were told on the call vs a 1 on 1...
@OP @OP Yes, while the 1-1 invitation is usually sent the day before (as management are cowards and dishonest). In our case, the manager asked for our personal email and phone number - to give to HR - because usually you're laid off the same day and your email is cutoff. At least that's how it worked with our India manager.
@a3 at least it's a sh-t week for back end.
Depends on your group. But yes, everyone who got laid off got an email invite from their manager for a 1:1.
Back end non exempts will get theirs this Thursday.
