Heard two left of their own accord in product and there is nothing internal at Five9 about a layoff.
It's brilliant. In firing the smart ones, they're firing the ones who will have the easiest time getting a new job. It's the id--ts who need their jobs.
What were the total number of people impacted?
Product was impacted for sure, not sure how we can even afford to do that. This is going to ripple into sales, PS and of course engineering. They keep firing all the competent people.
