You all should know JC sent an email outlining how we all need to be “All-in”. Then went on to outline how JFK ran into a custodian who said that he’s part of the team sending Americans to the moon.
The narcissism and mirroring in this email is incredible and pathetic.
Jeff. You’re not JFK. Far from it.
You’re not an inspiring leader. You’re not good at running a business. You’re not innovative. You’re not funny. You look like an old man trying to dress cool in your t-shirt.
You are a 1 trick pony who knows how to run an operations and manufacturing company. Your answer to everything is cut people, services and funding. You have not increased revenue or provided a flowing innovative forecast. You’ve got a great marketing team though who can clearly spin anything.
You’re not sending anyone to the moon and what you have accomplished is right there in your eNPS score of a big fat 32. You’ve obliterated the morale of the company and are so far away and detached you think the employees are the problem.
You’re too narcissist to step back and realize that YOU ARE THE PROBLEM.
