Field Reps, did you get one tonight?

This was definitely not based on seniority. I had over 20 years and was laid off.
All regions are being impacted and this is hitting both field rep, and the field manager teams. I’m responsible for calling their homes with appointments and telling them their rep is changing… this company’s upper management have lost their minds.
Both NPM and LPM are being culled.

Again, people with devotion to the company and being let go because it is cost worthy regardless of the consequences…people’s personal lives excluded and the degradation of the company inevitable. When does it end? This company is getting buried in its own greed and is going to eventually fail. Shame on the people making these decisions and someday it’ll be their turn to get let go also. Sad to see what this company I once cared for had become.

2 for us. The common thread was low house counts.
Yup about 3 hours ago. I am aware of markets from Kansas City to Buffalo and everyone in between getting hit. Lowest in seniority seems to be the common factor.
