Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

WFH NOT COMING

Was just talking to one of our new MC members - he said WFH is not coming back and people should stop with the rumors. What is going on?

I do believe more WFH flexibility is coming by year end. Give Mike a chance to really see what's going on.

A big win is getting Sapience out of here and only making remote and contractors use it. Also, we're back to 8 and 9 hrs. Not this 9 and 10 hour bullsh-t since 12/2.

It's a small win but a step in the right direction.

Well it's one small step in right direction at least. Hopefully it continues to change for the rest of you. Personally I'm not going to hang around that long.

Cannot believe they hyped this up as something big and exciting is coming. Wtf, this is why everyone is leaving. Not to mention our Internet in office is actually slower than when remote.

Way too many clients are hiring for similar pay and full remote or hybrid flexibility.

Get with the times Fiserv!

Better than what we had before but still not enough in my opinion. WFH should be handled at the Department/VP level.

If your boss wants you in the office, go. If your boss doesn’t care and your VP doesn’t care then WFH shouldn’t be a big deal provided you’re performing your job duties. I find the whole thing quite childish and it’s one of the many reasons I’d prefer greener pastures.

This is true people. Flexibility is back without being probed by managers, but you cannot regularly wfh or outside a 8-9hr day.
