Been making good money working a side hustle alongside my regular job for the past 2 years. I've optimized my workflow to the point where I can get both done in a 8hr shift, so it's not hurting my productivity. With RTO, I cannot continue this routine and will lose a good chunk of my income.
Why does Intel hate its employees?
Everyone who has taken a call or answered an email regarding a rental property during work hours has a side hustle. Not everyone needs to come back to the office needs to be productive. However, too many took advantage of Intel’s flexibility and ruined it for everyone thus forcing the RTO.
My golf game will definitely suffer, and I am not happy about that!
You are not allowed to do an additional job or side hustle during your Intel working hours.

To the prior commenter, You are totally allowed to have a side hustle. You clearly have not been around long and listen to your coworkers on the phone managing there side hustles. Once my diretor and a few of the employees actual ran a company on the side that serviced Intel.
