It's sad, but I really, really hate my job, hate at&t, and I hate most all of my coworkers. I try to approach every Monday as a new start but it's useless. I love the money I make her, doubtful I could get this salary elsewhere. Is there anything, in your opinion, that we as employees can look forward to, besides bad news? I just want to live a decent fulfilling life.

The professionalism in the office took a nose dive in January with the return of all the whiners. Get rid of them already.
Maybe you could get promoted to wire tech
This is how we all feel. Work to rule and get out of here as quickly as you can. Once you find a new job get them to hire a few more of us.
If you ran into an a$$hole in the morning, you ran into an a$$hole. If you ran into a$$holes all day, you're the a$$hole.
When you are lazy, you always have an excuse.
And yet you stay.
Coworkers are fine for the most part. Inter business unit dealings is always touchy, you’d think we’d think as one company, but we don’t. It’s always an us vs you with no trust situation it feels like. As for the rest of the company, yeah it’s just sad what’s happened. Used to be a great place to work, now every year is worse than the last and idk how it can keep going lower, but it does. I see cricket throwing parties for their people and the people there are happy. They take care of their folks. For us, we have to scrap for anything. You know you’re not valued no matter what you do. I’ve been looking for other jobs but the market is not very good, getting better, but not there yet. All I can do is keep my head down, up skill and work on the next job. There isn’t any future at this place.
"You were never motivated. It’s time for you to go."
But you were always an A$$hole. It's time for you to go.
You should be looking for another job--actively and aggressively. I would say take less money if it meant restoring my health and well-being.
You were never motivated. It’s time for you to go.
Discipline is the cure for your lack of motivation.
Maybe find a non-profit that you believe in and volunteer somewhere rewarding when you aren’t at work. It worked for me!
It's called culture!
I am just about there with you, though I like my team mates, and even several rungs up the supervisory ladder. But everyone above that I have such disdain. I am almost to the point that I hope the plan crashes so the pilot will be ki11ed.
Retirement!!
You are not alone!
