@a2 At what frame rate are you monitoring the car repair situation? Are we talking 60 fps and firsthand observation, or just a general impression? There has to be a lesson in productivity. Is it worth the time or not? Which conditions? It can't be worse than here. A suit is easier for justifying and recruiting more psychopathy, compared to a mechanic, who comes off more earnest. People in positions of authority and power can explain away harmful behavior, whereas those folks seem more genuine and less likely to do so.

But they can't find mechanics who want to work for the pay and under the conditions at dealerships, so it takes weeks to get your car repaired.
