I wish her the best and appreciate what she did for all us employees during Covid and the tough times we went through. She could have laid off many of us, and most kept their jobs, or took a generous VSP. I say this as an employee and not an investor, and I will always think she is one of the best, if not the best CEO for employees. Thank you again Vicki and enjoy your retirement. From a personal standpoint you made my retirement much easier with the VSP, and I know it could of been different.

"You should not have kept any retirement money in the company stock."
Now you've been exposed: There is no doubt that you are Vicki H with that statement which is loosely translated as "F--- the shareholders."
And no employee should ever be a shareholder, right?
So take your money and just go away instead of trying - and failing - to prove yourself as even a semi-competent CEO. That ship sailed with the APC disaster.
Your track record is abysmal and that's simply a fact.
@17h+1kt02vwfj - I am not @a2, but I had a portion of stock as well and just kept it and sold later and broke even. Most of my stock was the company match as well. The one regret I have is that I did not load up on Oxy stock when it was at the bottom during Covid. I would have made a fortune if sold at today's prices, plus if I had kept it my average cost per share would be pretty low compared to 60.00 these days. All of that is on me, but for me it stilled turned out well.
@a2
How did company decisions ruin your retirement? You should not have kept any retirement money in the company stock.
Exactly.
Factor in the annihilation of the dividend and - hard to believe - her tenure is even worse.
An absolute embarrassment and epic failure as a CEO.
A complete and total clown.
Stock price still lower than when she became CEO and lower than when she made offer for Anadarko. Not many other companies can match the sustained levels of underperformance.
Hashtag fail
Hopefully she got a good sendoff with cookies and punch and some speeches.
Always nice when you have to rely on someone else to pay for you in life and define your self worth rather than be successful on your own merits. The Oxy way I guess.
It's a company, not a daycare center. If this middle east action didn't happen, Oxy would still be trading in the $40's. Something has to change.
F off VH. Enjoy the hundreds
of millions of dollars you stuffed into your bank account, as you took this company to the graveyard with stupid decisions.
Analysts all agree on that. You F-ed employees and their retirements. You were the worst CEO in Oxy’s history.
