@ez i work here for a paycheck but i'd gladly give that up for universal healthcare. america has the worst system of any peer country even with the cost of insurance and medical care being so much higher than every other country.

@ea I'm not talking RSU's or options. I'm talking about those folks that root for the company to tank. Someone who works here and needs their paycheck shouldn't be rooting for a tank. That was the point

@dk I think you are insulated in a bubble with how you framed this. I am positive that most employees don't get RSUs. Layoffs continue no matter the stock price. I wager closer to 99% than 90% of employees so no material benefit if the stock goes up.

I know I don't. I have worked at several of the major MN based HQs. I am L30 at Optum and haven't seen any RSUs or other upside. The equivalent of an L27-28 at WFB, USB, Medtronic, or 3M would get stock. Here you get a 2-3% raise if you are amazing.

This post worked :-)
It was designed to weed out the non-employees who troll this site. Just look at the responses because no actual employee, who is an adult with responsibilities, would want the company where their lifestyle and family relies on a paycheck to fail. Hate the company all you want, this has nothing to do with if you like it.

@a2 The man insists that PowerPoint decks be in portrait mode so he can print and read the materials like a book. He dresses in suits and looks like he is from the 1990s. He doesn't believe in working from anywhere but in the office. You really think he uses a smartphone? You funny.

As we all know, stock price is the perfect metric to measure how well employees are treated.

Enjoy your bonuses, cake eaters.
