SAP would have done very well by focusing on its core business instead of giving false promises around AI.

But let us not forget that it is led by a CEO who does not even see employees as humans and wants to replace them asap while raking in more than 15 million in bonuses every year.

@a2 Something shared in the video is also true with SAP is that managers are forcing engineers to use AI, probably because they must justify the cost of AI models deployment that SAP is paying.

Everyone not using AI will be sidelined and will face "consequences".

Now all developed I know just implement what AI is suggesting so they have peace and some even asked to be no longer responsible of their area of code because managers are encouraging developers to work on areas where they don't have expertise with the excuse that AI knows all the code.

There are global macro events that are impacting markets across the board.

That said, the over promise of LLMs is hitting the wall of reality. In the end, reality always wins.
