Someone recently commented here they were hearing some orgs might be going from office to fully remote. Any more details?

Trial organizations will start end of March. (no specifics at this time but is GNT) I got slammed in previous posts on this from the RTO haters. I did ask that they save my post for further discussion later in March.

No timeline stated but it sounded like groups would be transitioning within the next couple quarters. It is a job function based evaluation.
The money saved from not leasing office space, maintenance & utilities is Yuuuuuge!!! Imagine the bonuses & pay raises we can get from all that savings!!!

Our 2nd level in PA said something about home garaging a month ago but I blew it off and didn't really listen to what he was saying at the meeting. It looks like it might come true. I mean it does make sense as far as dispatch. I know a lot of other companies utilize home garaging.

Yes. JR Q&A confirmed that "Hans and Dan have a difference of opinion" on the office location strategy. Dan is looking to reduce costs by unloading real estate, and is looking to move work that can be done remotely to remote. An evaluation is currently underway.
