I think their math negates the first year entirely. I had 7.5 years, and my severance basically came out to 13 weeks (6.5 years).

@a2 yes, it should. That was contracted as part of the stock deal. Note that it’s your award as of Dec 2024, won’t count what you got this year. And double trigger does not apply for those who took the RTO buyout.
Well, if you believe the document Murray and if you are below the SVP/VP level, you'll get two weeks. Since they just lied about the timing of the cuts, who knows.
