India - bangalore and Hyderabad office is having layoffs now. OCI and NetSuite teams from product, development and professional services effected.

@xc Don't the Lion's share of RSU's vest in September? It does sound like many will get this year's RSU's
@b0 I'm assuming by offering a severance package and making them "employees without access" for a certain amount of time (the latter only really benefits those whose RSUs vest in that defined set of time)

Hi I'm in PS team in NetSuite, I've a meeting scheduled tomorrow morning 9 am. Is it for firing??
10 years as a Solutions Consultant and let go today. 5 min phone call at 8:50 am and lost all access on my laptop at 9 am. Had no chance to say farewell to a variety of folks or save anything related accolades, positive feedback, support for future opportunities. Par for the course.
My 2 team members had outstanding 5 rating and exceeds expectations 4 rating. Both fired from NetSuite team.

my svp was laid off, 25yrs poof. I dont know the extent but he called me this morning because he was pi---d. Im somehow ok for now but am going to start looking because I am just a number. (OCI, IC5)
NetSuite: Canada and USA happened today. APAC and Europe in the next two-three weeks.

NetSuite Canada whole support team of 60 people were fired.
Scm, wms, manuf, basic accounting, advanced accounting, otc and p2p totally 60 people ate fired this morning

10% RIF, every country and org impacted the same more or less.
Has been cooking since early summer when middle management was told to put lists together. Heard some teams will fire based mostly on performance, others will approach it as last hired - first out.
Will be a series of layoffs lasting til early september.

Just seen half a dozen people announce on informal Slack channels that they've been laid off. There doesn't seem to be a specific org being hit, just an across the board RIF. No official announcements, and some people's Slack accounts were deactivated within an hour of posting that they'd been RIF'd.
