Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Intel no longer a Top 10 chip maker

As mentioned by the new CEO who is telling it the way it is, Intel is no longer on the Top 10. It's arrogance, not listening to customers and not reacting to dramatic shifts in the market place now have it fighting to survive. Intel hey day is over. An American icon down in flames.

If you think you are working for Intel now, you are being fooled. You are working for a puppet Intel now and it's probably going to be McKinsey or Bain or some such corporate vulture behind the scene.

One thing Intel was good at was developing good PowerPoint presentations to convince the investors, employees and customers that there was a bright future ahead.
