Last year I got 2%. My manager swore I did a great job but that’s all they could give me.

Reward manager this year maxed out for me for all my employees right under 4%, so if you don’t get near 4% your manager doesn’t like you!

Unlikely to be 2% in UK and US. Last year 50% of suggested was auto populated in Reward Manager, with a good reason (e.g. written warning) needed to reduce below this point. In practice most got roughly on track but some got a bit more, some a bit less depending on performance, position in grade etc.
I think it’s 4% increase, but 2% of this is auto populated in the system. Still would net at 4% overall wage growth.

Don’t forget about the security cameras installed in the ceilings now to also verify that you are there. They almost look like smoke detectors, but are placed near the wireless routers overhead..

No but I did hear they’re gathering badging activity to help with layoff decisions. I guess it’s a known rumor because the parking garages have been packed since mid January.
I have heard no wage increase and no bonus uplift in Germany due to the poor performance.
