@g6 TBF, some companies have a resignation link in one’s company profile. No emails to leadership required to start the process. Like most things in EM, this process is hidden. Valid question really.

Feeling the same way. Just take emotions out of it and do enough to stay out of NI. Once you accept that O, E, VG is not your goal. Life will be easy working for this place

In the US, provide your supervisor with a formal letter of resignation. Should kick off the process for you.
