@a1+1k7pja2pv - wrong about Las Vegas. They just had to start sending people home in the past 30 days because there arent desks for all the Sierra employees let alone anyone else. Zero chance.
Does anyone know plans for Texas? I believe we have 3 offices here.
Norfolk is a heck of a commute to downtown DC.
Heck, north Baltimore to DC alone is probably 1/3 the day spent on teams waiting for trains.
A lot of roles simply state on site for UHC now.
Southern California (El Segundo), Las Vegas and Colorado are next.
There are large offices in those areas. Direction is to require in-office work/hybrid at all office locations.
