Taking away bonuses for salary or hourl

I am a clinical worker grade level 24 and am hourly. A few weeks ago they sent that wordy bonus email saying that they were changing the structure of the bonuses or taking away them.

Can someone explain to me what is happening with the bonuses for someone who is hourly and a grade level 24?

@1b1 no word, but im sure they will use the tanked stock price and last quarter missed revenue as an excuse for no RRP or merit

Since they spent 3.3 billion to buy Amedisys they need to get rid of bonuses.

What they should have said was, we are cutting bonuses to look like we havw more profit, then we are using that profit fund member growth by acquiring more of each market. That means two things for yoi: no share in the profit and more work on your backs to support all these new members. Rather than getting paid, you’re literally paying twice — once with our money and once with our labor.

I started in December and got my review it was positive but no number as it looks like it isn’t finished. Assuming I get 4’s will I get this raise or one time bonus? Or do you need to be there for at least a year?

They will be raising the hourly wage and giving a 1 time pay out to "compensate" for bonuses being taken away. We will get emails on 8/21 with information about our hourly increase etc..... I think pay increase will reflect end of sept. It's a sham.

If I get a. 2% raise, that’s like $860 per year in base. Better than the $700 rrp I got this year. I don’t think I’d get $700 this March they way their talkimg about how we’re doing. Any bonus I get now is just gravy

Just had a number of these through for my reports.

Its a small increase in salary (2-4%) meaning less than a dollar ph for most.
One off bonus payment, also extremely small around $500

No more bonuses for 21-26.

Essentially, you are getting a one time bonus right now. you will also get a small percentage raise. And when i mean small, i mean small.

Next year, when annual reviews occurr, you will get another small raise. However, this time there is no bonus. They are taking the "bonus" you were to receive, and adding it to the your hourly or salary pay. So instead of a 1% raise, you might get a 1.5% raise. Again so small it not keeping up with inflation.

@a3 that's what it sounded like but I don't really understand what that actually look like monetarily. Are they just giving us a one-time bonus or is it a one-time raise and then I raise is consistently to percent higher every year? And when does that go into effect

my understanding is if your performance review was 3-5 you are getting a one time payment and are no longer eligible for yearly bonuses

Are you an LCSW? I’m a salaried outpatient therapist LCSW but did not see or get this email? When did you get it?
