Manufacturing?trades.

Why has no one mentioned how the manufacturing/trades employee's are never held accountable as they get raises, better benefits...

They have a special section carved out for trades in e ery contract...besides that they can make similar income or more per hour outside the factory...they may not have the health care benefits and other perks but a journeyman electrician isn't going to be starving on the streets let's be honest

All workers should be bonding together against the common enemies.

Squabbling against each other is a way that the super rich suppress opposition.

They are held accountable and everything is defined as per collective bargaining and the contract which is signed between Ford and the union. You too have a contract which you signed and agreed to abide by as did Ford. It may surprise you, but Ford is under no obligation to increase your pay from what is written in your contract original contract.

@a1, that's exactly what is happening, when I ask something from the west coast team, I get an answer immediately, when I talk to Michigan, it takes fu--ing days.

They have a union. It's almost impossible to get rid of a union once they're established. What's the point of complaining about something you have no control over.

Shut up and leave those people alone, just trying to start sh-t so we don't blame ford for immediate issues impacting us. Stop astro-turfing and also trying to seed narrative they get raises, better benefits etc... you cried about having to convert those people to full-time employees Fartley. I doubt they got the premium package. Go visit a local school and destabilize them all in the name of your manufacturing talent pipeline. Actually wait-- don't. Go to CALIFORNIA and do it.
