Yes, best decision I ever made just would not advise it in the current job market unless you are loaded and don’t mind burning cash till the market improves. Keep in mind gaps on your resume are often a negative.
Boot lickers will be happy here
If you are not one its time to leave.
@OP i tried to leave and then they lied to me so id stay and scammed the sh-t out of me

They tried to Judas me
@d1 they let you leave?!!
Please leave the company if you are not happy. Thank you.
This. Let them let you go for performance really. Taking your job too seriously will result in agony. They'll separate you no matter what your performance.
I've abruptly walked off three times - two of them professional jobs. Just handed in my badge to security, wiped my laptop, turned that in to IT in exchanged for a receipt and walked out. I had backup plans, but it's a liberating experience.
If you feel rage, you either care too much or working too hard.
“Never work angry they usually get more out of you.” LOL! My guy right here redefined the meaning of ‘morale’. You are a dangerous wordsmith. Almost got me.
@aw can you reword what you’re trying to say? I got confused.
Rage NUTS ??? No jobs outside of Ford. Want to get chances on GM with the same come and go policy ?
“ Don't let your feelings cloud your daily performance, adjust accordingly.”
LOL
@ae man hit the lvl 99 smithing skill cape emote again. Master class for us all to see. You are 😫👌
@OP I've worked big three auto in the metro Detroit area for over three decades. Please do yourself a favor and stop taking anything at work personally. They just don't care about you. It's only the top 1% of management and the UAW that are truly getting over. Everyone and everything is is expendable. Go into work everyday expecting to get sc--wed and when you don't you've had a wonderful time. Don't let your feelings cloud your daily performance, adjust accordingly. Never work angry they usually get more out of you.
Not yet, but soon.
Nope
@a1 it wasn’t a rage per se but more of a constructive dismissal
I will one day when I have a voice
