Are they saying that I don’t need 8 hour average in office?
I guess no more sapience but nothing really has changed?

I know plenty of people that like to travel and not use PTO time off, but work from some place they like.
Travel and work? What's the point of that? So you can find a house in Kansas City when they close an office and force you to move there?
It was explained to us that you can take up to 2 consecutive weeks to travel in the US and work from that location. You can still take a WFH day here and there
Mental sophomores regurgitate "literally" ad nauseum
You literally listed two major changes
Theyre not capping wfh days, yall need to learn some reading comprehension.
@a2 says whom? I don't see anywhere that clarifies that. As we know here, we can't assume and they won't clarify it either
@a1 the two weeks remote is entirely separate than the one-offs you're using to take care of your kids, etc.
What changed is that they are actually going to cap your work from home days so it actually got much worse!!! Got a kid who is sick! Sc--w you if you already took ten days! They just got rid of salience and the part time away from the office but now they have added caps!!! It’s all bullsh-t! Nothing has changed. Another message to the employees that not one person in management cares about us!
