Use Gmail, you can just add the files to emails and save as draft. Then you'll be able to open them and download on another machine.
Once they inform you within minutes your PC will be locked and you'll not be able to get back into it.

the brutal way to get things off is through ethernet
if its still the same procedure. First thing that goes is outlook and instant message. Then they cut any access to any internal web sites you have access to. You will still have access to gmail, unless they changed something. Can always email home any documents of yours you need as log as gmail is alive.

If you have the equipment and software to do an HDMI capture, you could save images of your documents as you scroll through them. Or, take a video with your private phone.
