Proxy votes are out for your shares (match, bonus, RSU) and you can voice your disappointment as a true shareholder. Ten seconds (to e-vote against these choices) is more consideration than some of these issues have ever gotten (per person). Pass it on as a way to go on record.

I know my vote against everything will not matter, but I will vote against Stankey every chance I get on principle. The man is a narcissist and does not deserve his position.

Today's open was $27.3/share; execs ownership for Stankey ~1.2M shares, McElfresh 513k, Pascal 674k; . About 90% of director pay tied to stock performance; Stankey on the board and CEO since 2020. There are 7.2M common shares that can vote. Only Stankey had all boxes checked for "skills" in the report.
