88362: Are they really that stupid? You think that the good talent will stick around if Target continues to lay people off or secretly pressure people to quit so they don't have to pay severence? HR is worse than I expected if this is the case. Their talent pool is going to consist of lifers churning out mediocre work and bitching how everything "isn't their job".

I hope this is supposed to be sarcastic. Alright, I'm officially done with this forum. There is nothing beneficial on here. It's bad enough that I have to listen to constant rumors and speculation in the hallways, elevators, cafe, bathrooms.... Time to put our noses to the grindstone and do some f***ing work.

I'm thinking it's probably time to stop speculating. Bit is what it is, we have no control over any of this. I do however think that it's uncool and very unproductive to make everyone wait to find out their job fate. The admin world is pretty much already frustrated. This only makes it worse. Let us know already. Oh wait, maybe thus is another fear tactic to see who they can get to quit so that they don't have to pay out as much in severance.
