Nobody on the top seems to care, though. They keep leading this company the same way: no direction, no vision, no long-term strategy. The entire industry is going through a major crisis but you wouldn't know it if you worked here. Titanic had better chances of making it than Fossil does today.

Pretty much with the exception of a few DEPARTMENTS that obviously cannot be performed/outsourced offshore.
