Randy Rogers is a joke plain and simple. Don't know Jim Wade at all. Randy talks outta both sides of his mouth, is be cautious if I were you, glad he isn't in my region anymore.

I worked with Jim before they sold the campus, and believe me, that guy could care less what anybody thinks of him. Never had anything to do with Randy, but Jim would scare you with one look.
I'm not saying that it's Randy and/or Jim posting some of these comments, but you kind of have to wonder. It's going to be tough for a common worker to explain away their association with CCi, but almost impossible for management. I'm thinking they may be getting desperate. They are paid very, very well, but people in that situation tend to live the high life. Big mortgages on McMansions, fancy cars, etc. They could be in for a world of hurt.
Jim was my DOA he was the exception. The next DOA was a joke.

Randy is one of the best RVPOs that this company has ever seen, and Jim is hands down the best RVPA and one of the most genuine and stand up guys I've met, and his wife is also one of the nicest people i've met while working for this company. Stop with the hate...I'm glad I had a chance to work with both of them.
Both of them are above board VPs. They run a great operation in a sh!t company. Great leaders who operate with integrity and honesty. Always called people out, and offered solutions and options. #sad
