Stress and being busy is ok and in fact normal.
The problem is that it is clear to anyone that there is no light at the end of this tunnel.
Our investments in become a foundry is going to fail with the end result of more layoffs.

There is nothing called a stress-free life. They are like waves, will always come and always go away. You just have to stand with two firm feet.
But there is something called stress management, and that involves asking yourself every time “will this bull**it person/mngr/colleague’s bad decision or behavior matter to me, in next couple of years?” Most of the time answer is No! So no reason reacting to it.
Stress to do work or busy work that supports bad decisions is way worse than timeline stress for something that excites you, and you believe in.

too stressful? compared to what? go to one of the other high tech companies where you will be expected to put out like a coke machine... and then you will feel real stress... not the fake stress that comes from poor management decisions at Intel.
Don't believe the useless corporation id--ts that stress is normal at work so you have to pick up more works for them.
Being stressed is common in high tech. The problem is not stress but the causes of the stress.
