I wouldn't be surprised. Some of the areas that had a specific branch office and did well with booking tons of install work for years got regionalized into the larger dysfunctional market territories. It's been a total disaster with losing customers, and with constant talent bleed. There are too many managers along with the excessive amounts of red tape to get anyone to make a decision or get anything done for that matter. Rumor has it the controls group (BSNA) will restructure by letting people go. Similar to what happened to the defunct equipment side a few years ago.
