Now, if only they could come up with solutions. We desperately need innovation on all fronts, a completely new strategy, and the energy that spurs growth. That’s where I’m skeptical.

Woke = broke. Get rid of the DEI hires and put some boundaries on offshore. 40 percent of onshore is pushing paper to and from offshore because the majority of them cannot do it right the first few times.
Fix one problem. Take the locks off of shampoo and conditioner. There are cameras. Have the cameras activate calls to police. Enforce the laws. You steal, you get arrested. A small percentage of customers are shoplifters. A Costco solution works like this: Find members. Shoplifting drops when there is a membership arrangement. Immediately, stop firing employees who try to stop shoplifters. Those are good employees and good people. Many were trained in the Military. Those are your best employees.
A 5 yo could admit this company has problems. The new guy didn't say what is going to be done to get us out of this mess. Instead he focused on the Ironman that he is, blah, blah, blah. And, his diet coke and cinnamon brown sugar pop tarts
They have action plans in place. It's not going to happen overnight. Apparently Karen was not aware of the "02" Aetna disaster with Medicare. For those of us who have been here, it was a disaster we saw coming.
@OP+1vCcD6ID, Hey skepticism isn't a bad thing. I actually hear an underline of optimism in your text.
I agree with your statement: "We desperately need innovation on all fronts, a completely new strategy, and the energy that spurs growth. That’s where I’m skeptical."
I am hopeful myself. I've been following the dynamics and shifting for a year now since the 2023 layoffs. Today I had a sign of hope.
