If you read this which I know some hospital Executives do. I would stand FIRM on any negotiations with Elevance. We are NOT equipped to handle claims, we have lagging systems, large amounts of errors due to antiquated technology/platforms. The MONEY stays at the board/Executive level not with your patients or the colleagues performing the work. Gail and her good old boys have drove this company into the ground. Cigna and Aetna have outpaced us by decades.
