I'm based in Europe, I missed the rule of 75 this time, only by a year or so. Once I hit this threshold can I request a retirement package, or do I have to wait for a CPM etc

Ya 9-5 job … good labor law… 12-3 lunch and 2 months of vacations and spend whole life enjoy … US folks die to work from 6 AM -11 AM

We as US folks do not have good size data in history like EU , Asia, China ( thousands of years) how to live and what is life means or culture means …
We don’t have any culture, own food or social connect
We are paying the price of just 300 years old country who suddenly got rich and developed country without any strong foundation … we don’t know how to survive when the big social revolution will come … We don’t have history to learn … we know how to create ppl to fight
