i wonder if notification date has been fixed ? why Nov 18?

I was notified on 19th. I'm outside the US (bit still high cost). Nice to look forward to Christmas without a job. Actually that's true, it really is a big relief!
The next date for employee reduction notifications is the 18th. The termination date for that is Dec 2nd
After that, the next one scheduled is on November 20th with a TD of Jan 24th.

You must be a newbie as a old timer I will answer your question.
The company doesn't give a breakdown of layoffs by, Department or Location.
I think most workers would love to see a breakdown by location .
And I can tell you the brunt of layoffs have always been in the U.S.
When the company PR department says State Street has increased the number of workers. It translate to "we hired more workers outside the U.S
