Why won't they WFR my @55 already? I want to get my severance and go so that I can finally be free from it all. I get tired of trying to find places in 176 to nap each day.

Dude you're doing it right. Stay and get paid for as long as it takes to have Dell cash out a severance package and say good bye. If Dell is stupid enough to keep paying non working people, it's their problem not yours. Quiet Quitting is the new norm at Dell since this rampage and mistreatment of employees started and it's a logical consequence. Take as much money you can until they come for you.
Just leave. If somehow you don’t let go and someone who wants the job does, how will that make you feel? Be a man and quit.
I know so many people begging for a package and doing absolutely nothing.. Imagine how many are doing it that I don't know?
You are doing less damage than management. if management did nothing and slept during work hours dell would be a better place.
