If you didn't notice, Karen was a non factor today on the town hall. I think she's done and it's just a matter of time.

Anyone who thinks Karen Ly--h fired her best woke bud Laurie Weirdo Havanic needs to wake up. Laurie and Karen have been discussing the exit plan for some time. Laurie W Havanic gets a huge bonus and going away gift, let’s see what we get when the mass layoffs come the beginning of October. We get bumpkus!! Karen should fire her makeup person and give that money to “colleagues” what a woke joke that term is. Ridiculous! Have Karen Ly--h get rid of her private company helicopter that she purchased just before the last mass layoffs, the one with her initials, KL, on the tail number. We can use the millions for that thing when she does her mass layoffs in October. Karen cares about Karen, and oh yeah, also about continuing to prop up her husbands failing “foundation” that he is ceo of. lol.

yup...picture off the Investor Relations site. What's the story behind this? Is it at all related to the departure of the Aetna CHRO? Of is this a step in position redundancy mentioned on this site. Could the Business Unit CMO's be next?
The way the email mention than L and her team, looks like more than just Lau__e. Also the emphasis on working from office location.
Well, there we go. Email just came out, Laurie is gone. New HR or "People Officer" from McDonald's. And before that Boeing. I love how these execs can go from place to place year to year. Yet, if I leave a position under 1 or 2 years I'm seen as a job hopper and frowned upon. This place has truly become a circus- I can't wait to get out!
Yep it's official Laurie is gone. Official on the HB front page. Replaced with another female exec.
as of 30 minutes ago Laurie was still shown as an officer of the corporation on the CVS Health Investor Relations site. When there are changes that senior these sites are typically changed immediately so unless its in the last 24 hours, I suspect she's still in her current position.

I believe Laurie is gone. Look her up in teams and you will see she no longer shows as a direct to KL nor does Laurie show as have any direct reports herself.
Laurie is not gone, the Aetna chro Meghan Henson is.
KL and all her cronies are the epitome of gaslighters. Preaching heart at work philosophies and promoting mental health, while at the same time, she’s fostering an unstable, uncertain work environment where people are on the edge of their seat waiting for the next layoff. Truly evil stuff
I would love to hear Brian Kanes side of the story, but alas, he was paid millions to keep his mouth shut...another poor decision by Karen.

Well she fired her “best bud” Chief People Officer this week, so obviously the only thing that matters is Karen’s cash and absolutely no one else, with the exception of propping up her husbands joke of being CEO of his so called foundation.
I hope you are right. Getting paid millions for making big mistakes and then pushing accountability on others by letting them go and losing their jobs. Not the ethical way to lead a business and team.
