Nothing is important but the bottom line

We are talking about the C-suite and shareholders bottom line, who are happy with money extraction for as long as it lasts. Company doesn’t matter, employees don’t matter, and nobody cares if the company will even exist in a couple of years. That’s why nobody gives sh-t about morale, or about our individual qualities and career prospects. That’s why there is no other strategy but cost-cutting and simplest tricks to try and keep stock valuable for long enough to extract money.

@OP+1tTorL7C that is capitalism in general. It turns out that perpetual growth is unsustainable and a shrinking middle class has a decreasing opportunity to participate in these elaborate scams.
