It is amazing how many people are in the process of leaving and have left because of the unqualified, rude, entitled production manager. How many people is she going to cost us before she is gone.

@OP+1t0EGL28 - I agree to a certain point. The problem is not only with the Production Manager but one or two others also. We all know who runs production and it is a shame those 2 have been abused time after time to the point where they are about to walk out the door. Not sure why it is so hard to get rid of "bad actors" especially since BD harps on the code of conduct all the time. I think the Production Manager and another(s) assume they should be respected by virtue of their titles but what they don't understand is respect is earned not given so if your character doesn't support that then you will never be respected. It's a baffling and frustrating situation.
@ihks+1t0EGL28.. in some cases though it’s never the right people. Those who cause the problems continue to thrive while worker bee employees suffer from poor unethical management. If a few more key employees leave Mebane will be at an all time low because others will jump ship and then how do you run? Good luck to the new site director because he is going to need it!
Many professionals left in June and more to come in July. They will be loosing some key individuals and once most of the talent is gone, good luck moving forward. They will start at ground zero and place all the responsibility on the new folks coming in. Surely the managers still there will be instrumental in getting Mebane back on track!

From what I’m hearing lately, everyone in the ESC. Who is left in the leader meetings lol. Her and the Plant Manager. The problem is NP and the rest of the chain of command who allow her to continue to poison the good people of Mebane.

She’s a terrible human being and will never be held accountable for her unethical behavior.
