How does it matter? Isn't it true for any employee? Seems like just bringing the awareness in a simpler way many may not understand and may be taken advantage of

It’s those in mid mgmt that are stuck. Employees aren’t stuck they can get a better job. Nobody wants to hire mid mgmt … they’re likely to be in prison, soon!
