Fire the useless people we have especially at high titles and give more RSUs to the poor employees struggling in San Diego.

I resigned almost a year ago (8'th of April). I can say there are so may absolutely useless senior directors, specially in QRC that have been secured through special relations with SVPs and executives, while so many good engineers are laid off already. It is sad, but this company is long overdue for a house cleaning and re-structuring, from the very top.
Actually all the people with a high skill set have been fleeing CA over the last decade. Just look at how many companies have relocated to TX or FL

Speaking of California, the state has been sending its undesirables to other states for well over a decade now.
