Any and when?

There are no plans to lay anyone off in Specialty. If anyone was let go, it wasn't a layoff, it was a performance thing.
@OP+1lv2B67q- Most layoffs key objective is to save $$. Chances are they will not have any "special benefits". The UHC/Optum business is M&A to show profits and it does not have any organic growth. This transates into Step1- take over CDOs Step2 - cut (reduce in workforce) to show bottom line so called "profits". If post "integration" failed, hire temp/consultant to avoid accountability. If no results, rid off the temp/consultants and "blame storm" cycle retart itself all over again. If all else failed, outsource/offshored. Easy formula and C level gets rewarded handsomely.
I’m in speciality and one person on my team has been laid off. Her last day is Thursday
