Every projects I’ve worked on had Manager/IC ratio > 2:1. The most recent one was 6:1. Does the MC realize they can cut the managers by 1/2 or 2/3 to achieve greater cost savings?

@OP I think managers at least section heads have the easiest job
nooo no no no..we "save" money by getting rid of good ICs, then replacing them with "cheaper" MSP's who need to be told all day every day exactly how to do their job, and when they ultimately fail at it it falls to an already overworked employee IC because their peers have all been let go.
