Expat is on the verge of costing you money to do.
Its is definitely career performance su----e unless you are already marked hipo and have clear visibility to higher people that can watch over you.

Many announcements each week on LinkedIn about people leaving and starting their next adventure.
This is insanity addition to the many retirement announcements posted on intranet.
Everyone escaping that has an opportunity to escape. EM really encourages people to quit on their own without additional costs.
