When do you think the PE will come in and what companies do you reckon will be the potential buyers?

PE firm will make a move if the CUSIP lawsuit doesn’t get class action certification. If it does, too many unknown liabilities for a PE to come in with cash flow risk.
@OP I just don't see how to partition it for parts - and I don't see any peer/competitor wanting to buy it whole. I think the thing just stumbles along for a while.
