Listen to the Bloomberg Talks interview with Dan. They literally ask him what changes will average customer see that will make an impact and Dan literally couldn’t answer. Totally embarrassing- it’s so CLEAR he has NO PLAN for any real changes. Just AI, AI, AI. Literally no plan at all!!!

@f9 It's not the age, it's the incompetence.
They have no record of achievement when they were younger either.
He is too old and from the wrong generation to be leading Verizon. There seems to be this deluded belief that the company is cutting edge. I would guess the average age of an employee is north of 45 years old, just look at the photos posted on Linkedin by leadership, maybe it’s over 50!! They’re all getting on in years and don’t have the vision or dynamism for today’s business challenges. It’s like they have a faulty magic mirror from Snow White that keeps telling them they’re young ,cool and relevant instead of middle aged, delusional and lacking in any ability to do things differently.
I think he is a plant from a competitor to sc--w Verizon from the inside.
2 year plan to do as much damage as he can. He has started well.
Dan should be locked for stealing money from the company and its employees. Nothing has been more obvious.
@a8 Wow ... he makes up @#^t as he goes... I'll give him that, one of the best con artist I have seen in a long long while....
When is the board going have enough of dans sh-t?
Dan’s only plan is to make sure he cashes out on his bonus at the end of 2027. He’ll do anything to make sure that happens at the expense of Verizon and all of its current employees.

@OP provide the URL's link regarding Dan's interview?
He never value an employee, The way of work. He thinks AI can do everything for Verizon. And We the employee are there keepers.
What?! You thought there was ever a plan? Hey — I've got a bridge to sell. Nice and shiny!
It’s a two year money grab for Dan. Nothing more nothing less. The next CEO will have a mess to clean up. He’s quickly destroying what little positive employee morale that was left. Appears to be no real sense of direction or any coherent plan for either the short or long term. Bad state we find ourselves in.
