How are things going at your respective companies? How are earnings? How is morale? Or is the sales pipeline and sales leadership?

The only way i can say about this situation is that morale is in the sh----r. Nobody in charge gives a cr-p. The keep cutting heads and piling on what used to be someone elses job. Every day I am asked when is this going to be done, why are so many cases open. The leadership have no clue about the products and expect us to just keep swiming. Dont even get me started on the back to office cr-p. And now to hear that global is done with severance offerings. My colleague warned me this would happen. I didnt believe her. Now i just smh.
@OP Heartland morale is low. All they keep doing is cutting positions. They encourage you to apply for internal but they don't mean it i applied for several positions and they blocked me from all of them
