HR didn't join my call. My manager read a script and then emailed me a link where I can go in and fill out separation paperwork.
Just FYI, it across the entire company. Not just Cloud or Sales. Some others getting impacted in the SAM org and Support as well

Just because HR isn’t on the invite doesn’t mean they don’t pop in. I say this as someone who went through this at NetApp four years ago and saw a 1:1 with manager in my email. As soon as the meeting started HR popped in out of nowhere. Then the script was read….
@as my name and manager name 1:1. Nothing in body. Nobody else invited but doesn't mean they won't show. My manager NEVER sends this.
What's going on? is this a restructure of the business (org changes) or a broad, general layoff? People mention sales (probably impacted by AI) and 'cloud' (Instaclustr??). I guess we'll find out soon enough. I'm curious that the blurb for netapp on this site states 11.7k staff, I'm pretty sure that's grown a LOT over the last few years, even with all the layoffs.
