It’s a long tradition at Cisco that the a$$holes are last to go.
They need him to LR few more people before they LR him. nothing more.
They provide more value than an IC because they are skilled at mentoring any one to execute the objectives of their BU LOL
Maybe 🤔 they are here gaining more experience for their new job/career as a Walmart Greeter.
