Has anyone seen any classic Synopsys promotions announced this cycle? The only ones I’ve heard of are from ANSS- what gives? Anyone else noticing this trend?

There are some classic Synopsys folks promoted to l8/m8 in TPG at least. Shankar’s recent email has a link to the page which lists those promoted.
@ag There were mistakes in the job leveling which occurred even Ansys employees were put into the system. These "promotions" are a correction to make sure that the job titles and level are "fair"
@OP You’re absolutely right—I’ve only heard about the promotion from people on the Ansys side as well. But couldn’t this also be interpreted as a sign of impending layoffs?
