“Annuals checks to begin soon” Another way to weed out people instead of laying off. I get it’s in the employment contract but I’ve never got this email all the years I’ve worked here.

@ah The hard dr-gs our leadership likes to do doesn't stay in the body very long, unfortunately. I'm sure most could pass if they practiced some restraint.

@OP this is a utterly stupid post. They do annual background checks every single year. I've been here 20 years and it's a rite of spring.
@a5 Actually the company who has embezzled billions is United. They increased the risk adjustment scores so there are not one but two whistleblower cases based on the fraud going thru the courts

How about some background checks on these wildin’ out members we visit? It would be nice to know Mr Smith is a violent crime felon before I talk to him about why preventative care is important.

I’ve gotten it before. How many severe criminals do you really think they’ll catch by doing this? This is the least effective way for them to get rid of people lol, it’s standard procedure
